I would just say avoid this place like the plague... Read the reviews you have been warned. First of all took about 5 minutes in the bar area to even get a drink order. Both plates of food were severely over cooked. I would venture to say burned is a better description. The cooks should have seen this and never served the food. Forgot honey mustard with the order of pretzels. Just overall a bad experience. No one even seems happy to work at this location. No wonder why this place is pretty dead for a Friday.

I'd give them no stars if I could. Have always liked applebees, even this location. Been going here since they opened it. But I've finally had it. Rude and insulting waiter who told us we were charged wrong because WE ordered it wrong. He fixed our bill, but wanted us to know that we got extra food. I'm sorry but if you're confused about our order than ask! You can't be that dumb. Will never go back! I'm am so insulted.

This location is awful. I have gone 4 times in the past 5 years and each experience has been bad. Each time I've had to wait 10-15 min for a server to come by and when they do, the food takes even longer. It's clear they don't care and I will not go again.

My husband and I decided to give Applebees a shot knowing that we have had bad experiences before. There were about three other seated customers when we got there for dinner. We waited about three minutes before a hostess even came to the front to seat us. Or waiter was young and still in training. He took our drink order (two iced teas) and we ordered an appetizer (spinach artichoke dip). He brought our drinks and asked if we would like to order an appetizer. We told him we already has and he said."oh that's right". We waited about 15 minutes. Our waiter came up and asked if we're doing ok. Before we could answer he said he would go check on our appetizer. He still had not taken our dinner order. He brought the appetizer back which appeared to have been sitting under the heat lamp for a while but nonetheless was still tasty. I ordered the Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. My husband ordered the shrimp linguine. After about 20 minutes, our food arrived. My husband's looked great as did mine, but I did not receive the chicken, only Mac and cheese with bacon. The young woman (not our waiter) that brought our food apologized and went and ordered my chicken. By the time I received the chicken my husband was done eating and my Mac and cheese was cold. During this entire time, or actual waiter had not checked on us. He finally came back when we flagged him down to bring the chicken and refills for our teas. The chicken was tasty and the proportions were good. Overall, service was horrible, food was good and we probably will not be back for a while.

Several years ago we came to this location and had a bad experience. We were a party of 12 so we figured it was the size of the group. We pretty much never came back, just because the food was mediocre as well. So tonight we were looking for a place to grab a bite and said "let's try applebees" a mistake we will never make again. We were a fairly large party of 9 except 5 of the party where children. So let's say that 4 kids meals and 5 adult meals is what was ordered. The server had only been working with the company a month, so she was still trying to find her footing. After we place our order or apps came out fairly quickly, same with the salad, then we waited for an hour, maybe longer, for our main dishes. We saw tables who came in AFTER we ate our appetizers get their entrees. As a person who has been a server before I am usually very maybe a little bit too patient with service. But an hour and some trying to entertain hungry children, it's pretty frustrating. So finally I ask someone, because our server was scarce, probably afraid to come to the big table with hungry kids and frustrated parents, and they say "I'm so sorry, I just heard them talking about your table your order should be out shortly". So she went off to check, and shortly returns with the first 4 dishes of our meal, one of them was wrong, so they took it back (after I explained why it was wrong) and then we had to wait for another 10 minutes for the rest of the food, meanwhile my kids are leaning all over the place "we are sooooo hungry, where is our food". So they bring out the rest and say they will correct the mistake. Ok fine. So I remember when applebees had the best baby back ribs ever, now you pay for a full rack and it's [----------------------------------------------] this big. . So my the correction on the mistake took another 15 minutes by that time my kid had eaten half of my meal. It comes out and he announces that he is no longer hungry. So the manager comes over and apologized, didn't make excuses, just says straight up that the kitchen went down in flames, and she doesn't know why. Took off an app from our check, the meal that was messed up. I felt so bad for our green server, she looked so afraid, and totally frazzled. We won't be returning, ever. And I hope that the new manager gets the store together, because man, it sucks when a place goes down like that.

Train your bartenders. She never made a Manhattan but it's a staple for every bartender to know. It's not her fault, the manager could train her. I told her how to make it and no you can't sub dry vermouth for sweet. Sucked.

Waited 30 minutes for our food. Then asked for a manager and told him how long it took. He gave us a free drink but that doesn't make up for taking so long. This is the second time it happened and we will not be going back... this the second time this happrned.

I haven't been to Applebee's in quite sometime. I was pleasantly surprised at the updated Applebee's. New menu new items but my old favorites as well. I enjoyed my Fiesta lime chicken brought out to me nice and hot with melted cheese. the riblet Platter Was Goods But Fries Were a bit cold. Great service as well. I think I'll be back soon.

It's good, it's any other Applebee's as far as the menu and environment. They are an ordinary chain fast casual restaurant. They have specials and happy hours so be sure to check out when so you can save some money on certain items, they usually change so frequently that it is best to just call ahead to ask if your not a regular customer to keep up with it all. It's a good place to go if you want the restaurant experience without spending a bunch, but remember you pay for what you get. It's hot food, decent customer service usually, and usually busy and lots of kids inside

It's Applebees, so my expectations weren't all that high to begin with. For a last minute dinner with the kids, it was decent. Our waitress was friendly but way overstretched and barely able to keep up with the 5 or 6 full tables she was taking care of. The cocktail selection is pretty much the same old thing, nothing especially interesting. My pasta was really overcooked, almost to the point of being mushy. Applebees will always deliver average food and less than fabulous service, but they're inexpensive and kid friendly.

I was very happy with our lunch stop here. Brittany was a great waitress! The food was delivered quick and tasted good! I mean it's not a 5 Star place, but this is Applebee's after all. I received a great meal and experience for the price. I would recommend this or come back when I need a quick and reasonably priced meal. By the way, Applebee's has the best Social Media Marketer. Jill McFarland is awesome to follow online!
